Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. We welcome you personally. Please call about 30 minutes before you arrive so we can meet you at the house.
Bed linen and towels
All bed linen and towels are provided in every apartment. The final cleaning is included.
Parking
Free parking is available at the house: one space for Comfort Studio, one for Deluxe Apartment and two for The Penthouse Collection.
Wi-Fi
Free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house.
Bread service
Start the day with fresh bread rolls from the local bakery. Order by 15:30 for delivery to the house the next morning, at an extra charge. The service is available all year.
Ski and bike storage
Secure storage for skis and bikes, and boot heaters so your ski boots are warm and dry every morning.
Babies and young children
A baby cot and a high chair are available on request. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare them for your arrival.
Tourist tax
€ 3.70 per person per night. Children are exempt until the end of the calendar year in which they turn 15.
House rules
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted outside, on the balconies or the terrace. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00, inside and outside.
Cancellation
For cancellations made 41 days or more before arrival, we charge 40% of the booking amount. For cancellations made 40 days or less before arrival, we charge 100%. We recommend cancellation insurance. For full details, see our Terms and Conditions.
